A Brighter Tomorrow

Sadness is a complex and often painful emotion that can be triggered by a variety of circumstances or events. It can feel heavy, like a weight on your chest, or empty, like a void in your heart. It can also manifest physically, with symptoms such as fatigue, loss of appetite, and difficulty sleeping. When someone is feeling sad, they may also experience a range of other emotions, such as loneliness, despair, hopelessness, or grief. It can be challenging to cope with sadness, and it's important to seek support from loved ones or a mental health professional if it becomes overwhelming or persistent.   It's hard to put on a brave face when it feels like the world is against you. Lately, I've been feeling like I'm drowning, and every time someone asks if I'm okay, it's like another wave crashing down on me. What's worse is that some of the people who ask are the very same people who are causing me the most trouble. It's like they can't see the damage the

Divided by EGO, United by SEX

The term "EGO" refers to a division of the ego into two coexisting parts, one of which satisfies instinctual demands while the other heeds the objection, in the shape of a symptom, which reality raises to that satisfaction. Having ego is important but It also breaks you into pieces.Your ego is your self-respect. As example We can Say you are in a bar with 10 other people watching a game, something occurred happen, and inside your self-respect telling you to leave that place. Now instead of 10 people only 5 of them are enjoying that show rest of the 5 people left that place. That's how we are divided by ego.

Now, why don't you ask yourself, Why do people have sex? We Human beings are infinitely complex. Just as there is no universal reason for eating Burger (whether trying to win a contest or scarfing them in front of the television out of habit), there is no single reason across time, culture, and history that people engage in sex. But research saying there is 237 reason to have sex. The world is united by this one single emotion (SEX). It doesn't matter you are sad, happy, angry, bored you can have sex without any reason (there is a reason though you don't know).

What can you do with this knowledge?

My suggestion is that you engage in a bit of self-exploration to know thyself. Spend a month journaling about the motives behind your sexual proclivities. You might learn something obvious about yourself that you never noticed. Sex is the most underappreciated element of well-being in the psychology (except among evolutionary psychologists). Perhaps it is time for scientists and practitioners interested in well-being to spend less time reading articles and more time talking to feral humans to discover what makes them tick. Whatever it keeps all species busy and united.
